SMALL FORMAT

In spite of being less used format professionally, due its versatility and portability is very practical for certain works. We have 4 Nikon cameras equipment, analog and digital, with an extensive lenses quantity to all requirements. Also have special panoramic equipment HASSELBLAD X-PAN. All there offers excellent possibilities and quality according with some kind of jobs.

MEDIUM FORMAT

The medium format covers sizes that go from 4.5x6 cm to 12x6 cm, is the most used professionally, when is analog, it negative covers the majority reproduction needs, for digital format is the same case for his high resolution and quality. HASSELBLAD has been always the best branch in this format, is the reason why during my 25 years photographic practice never has stop his use. They offer excellent optics and accessories of which I am a fan and have increased every year, including the last one bought, a digital back of PHASEONE.

LARGE FORMAT

The big format can use film from 4x5” to 8x10” in analog case. It allows a format very superior, great for big reproductions. This equipment covers an excellent control on the image, correction and perspective, indispensable for advertising and architectonic shots among others. The equipment that during years has given me excellent results is SINAR, with its optics SINARON, other accessories complement the equipment I use, but the most important used day-by-day is the digital back of PHASEONE (same I use with HASSELBLAD) that offer joint to SINAR a resolution “almost ever required” to be honest.

STUDIO LIGHTING

Illumination systems, type power supplies and compacts, ELICHCROME and NORMAN brands, powers from 250 to 4000 wt. Other accessories -as those of the photo- complement the lighting equipment.

SCANNING

To capture negatives I still believe in the quality and depth of TOPAZ of Heildelberg but also recently added the NIKON COOLSCAN that offer fabulous results but up to 4x5” film size. Both equipments can transform an analog picture in digital at an amazing size without losing the unmatched quality of a film.

PRINTING

The printing equipment today’s technology go more fast than we can adapted to them. These days isn’t important mention that “you can get up to 90% of monitor results with this equipment”, it’s so old fashion, almost all offers it, between many other stuffs. I have had excellent results for large format printing with EPSON printers and also use this brand for small format reproduction.
